Our colleagues in Europe kicked off their second week of the ‘WiN’ University at our recycling plant in Latchford. The focus is on personal and career development for women.
Novelis launched the ‘Women in Novelis’ (WiN) initiative in 2014, with the objective of increasing gender diversity within the company. Since then, various measures have been implemented locally in Novelis plants in order to create awareness and more effectively recruit, engage, retain and develop women in Novelis. The WiN University programme aims to transmit knowledge of key products, processes, customers, business and personal development areas to women from different functions and levels within the Novelis organisation.
