Novelis supports Alupro’s Aluminium Manifesto – delivering a world-class recycling system for the UK
Let`s go circular. We need a framework that incentivizes true recycling and circular systems. Novelis is fully supporting the aluminium manifesto 2022 of Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation Ltd (Alupro), which is describing the way of the UK’s aluminium packaging industry to a circular economy. The aluminium drink can is the most recycled beverage packaging in the UK at a rate of 82%. Collecting and sorting systems are essential to increase circularity up to 100% to unlock the full potential of infinitely recyclable materials.
